there wasn t a pool on the hotel grounds. there was only access to the public pool.

also snowplows came through the parking lot to help

you'll need to drive down the road to the public parking area where there is a lake trail

my view was a tree and the other window was a view of the parking lot

i almost thought parking was going to be an issue, but it wasn t during my stay

kid friendly had a pool, tennis court, coin toss and miniature golf

had old pods some rooms have no wifi

thought the pool was on the grounds not down the road open to everyone

the facilities - pool, tennis, mini golf, shuffleboard - are excellent and the 3 mile walk round the lake is

great walking path around lake. access to excellent gym.

didn t notice correct time for sunday breakfast so we missed it

of a full breakfast, we had to go to the registration office to get continental type food

spa tub in the room was nice, but it may have needed a deep cleaning

the room was spacious, the spa tub was amazing, the bed and pillows were so comfortable

com or one of them websites to make it clear that your pool and spa is

i booked the king suite with the spa tub and the room size was very sufficient

also, there's free laundry for guests

a little disappointed that the spa water wasn't hot

the room was clean and the location was good and the parking lot was very safe which made us extra happy as we

wanted to do something special for my 50th birthday so i decided to stay here because they have a spa and indoor

i stayed several days, i had a hard time getting my room serviced because of the timing of my spa visits

the indoor pool and spa was phenomenal. the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable

only thing we would of done differently was prebook our spa day

had a full laundry bag of clothing that was taken from our room by cleaning staff

bar was closed at 10:45 on a saturday over a holiday weekend, which seemed weird to my wife and i,

we didn't care for the scent of the toiletries - too much like kitchen soap or dusting spray.

there is no pool, breakfast, or gym, and the hotel offers very limited facilities.

rooftop bar (hemingway s) is a nice amenity

this is an upscale 4star hotel right in biltmore village that had restaurant, bar, spa in the main building

the hotel also has a great grill located within and a spa that we went to

hotel as a whole was well maintained and designed. restaurant and spa on site.

at check in, i asked the attendant if they could help us confirm our spa appt for the next morning

massage at posiedon spa was amazing

gym was adequate. room was a bit small. no chair

the view from the hotel roof bar was fun

even nicer was the fact that when one person in our party who does not drink alcohol went to the bar to purchase

the rooftop bar was open but understand due to the hurricane a few areas of the hotel were temporarily closed

we loved the perks of having a breakfast basket each morning and the complimentary jeep service

onsite skin spa was exceptional amenity as well

the rooms were huge and clean, the spa bath was perfect, staff was friendly and the breakfast at hemingway

was great it was very comfortable and i mostly enjoyed the spa tub with my television very relaxing

the spa treatment was superb

the spa was also a great experience

there were obnoxious kids jumping in and splashing in an already small pool

clean, good breakfast, and good gym!

parking later in the evening can be crowed so might need to park next door. but not far to walk.

most places i stay like hampton inn or fairfield inn have laundry facilities so i didn t think i was asking

parking was a challenge at night.

pool was nice, but not warm

kitchen included all necessary utensils and towels were regularly delivered

we used the very small gym 3 days in a row and it had not been replenished of towels or cleaned the entire time

water available, called desk twice for sheets with no response or return call, very limited parking available

parking in the upper parking lot

great staff, comfortable rooms, pet friendly and very pet welcome. highly recommended.

the restaurant and bar closed too early.

didn't like that parking was away from the building but that's only a minor complaint as it wasn't an issue
