i stayed several days, i had a hard time getting my room serviced because of the timing of my spa visits

wanted to do something special for my 50th birthday so i decided to stay here because they have a spa and indoor

they also has spa place available; hotel restaurant, parking garage building, etc, etc, etc

the pool, spa and restaurant was great!

wish i was able to tell from the listing just what was included in the kitchenette, i would have taken more of

kitchen stove needed repaired front was falling off

full kitchen, jacuzzi hot tub, beautiful river views!

the kitchen had all staples, all you needed was the food

the fireplace was out of order.

was not aware of the pool and spa until getting there, so we did not pack any swimwear

slept really well - bed super comfy, dark and quiet in room! great food (ordered room service).

this is an upscale 4star hotel right in biltmore village that had restaurant, bar, spa in the main building

hotel as a whole was well maintained and designed. restaurant and spa on site.

the spa was amazing!

the hotel also has a great grill located within and a spa that we went to

at check in, i asked the attendant if they could help us confirm our spa appt for the next morning

wifi on the bedroom tv went out which was out of the resorts control, only other thing was the top

no views out the windows per se but has lots of trees around it so it's not just road or parking

we could not find handicapp parking but we made it work

be too expensive but would make world of difference to just supply in the room next to the spa

i booked the king suite with the spa tub and the room size was very sufficient

the room was spacious, the spa tub was amazing, the bed and pillows were so comfortable

a breakfast basket is delivered to your room each morning with food that can be eaten in your room or

only thing, but i do understand about, i wish they had gluten/dairy free combo for the breakfast basket, they

they had a shuttle into asheville and back so i didn't have to worry about parking.

the rooms were huge and clean, the spa bath was perfect, staff was friendly and the breakfast at hemingway

the spa was also a great experience

the pool was a plus for my daughter, she enjoyed very much

the pool was open late (till 10pm) which was great for my kids to enjoy after a busy day.

there is no pool, breakfast, or gym, and the hotel offers very limited facilities.

wifi password was hand written on key card and as hard to read - had to call front desk

told us tables were reserved, (but they were not) but when i spoke to manager he told me the kitchen staff was

rooftop bar (hemingway s) is a nice amenity

we were there 3 days so it was nice to be able to do a small load of laundry so we could pack clean clothes to

easily accessible nearby parking

parking off site, but that is to be expected when you are right downtown.

the gym was closed due to covid, , but if you need to get your workout on, there's a gold's gym about 5
