good pool and spa and the gym looked well equipped although i didn't use it

the bed mattress was a little springy -pool and spa was very crowded with children and families

due to covid regulations pool and spa were closed

there were 2 metal chairs out there that were almost impossible to sit on due to lack of space

only thing that was an issue was the swimming/spa facilities

close to a golf park and you can walk inside and park outside.

parking was tight now

very close to coastal walks and golf course

parking room was spacious clean lovely bathroom bed comfortable room 20 good in bar amazing

freshly cooked and kids loved it

the jacuzzi spa bath is a real treat and a pleasure to use

of indoor pr outdoor swimming pool, gym, spa facilities, fitness gym, and jacuzzi which i heard will be introduced

fingal is a great experience all round and breakfast is worth a mention to

breakfast was great and the close proximity of the tram is ideal to explore the city.

i highly recommend the brulee porridge with whiskey for breakfast

i like the village hotel as it has the spa faciolities

location at the head of stockbridge & everything you need is in walking distance of the hotel the spa suite was

spa was okay was very out dated and still a tad dirty

also an hour spa pass was included in the stay, but spa was very busy could not get into the sauna

bathroom with a lot of wonderful spa products, big tv, and a gorgeous huge window with heavy curtains

assistance with bags put us in the basement next to the laundry room so we heard wash running all night

wifi connection was not that good

and next to the cleaners laundry room

girls spa birthday treat surly to be rememberd in this wonderful hotel, staff go the extra mile and

gym was not as well equipped as it could be no access to spa and sauna

our room was so big and thought of everything the hotel service was amazing we used the spa facilities which

spa looks great

didn't like the price of booking the spa

the staff in the spa and the spence restaurant were fantastic

we didn t use the spa but it looked so nice and again the staff very friendly

the spa was very small

time visiting and still yet to get a spa appointment despite numerous requests up to 6 weeks in

have a gorgeous spa and gym area however the infra red light sauna is disappointing - it is tepid at best

room was very nice and clean with a spacious bath and shower

the water in the pool was cold.. we were expecting warm spa water

the hotel is very stylish and has great general and spa facilities

the gym fairly small but perfectly adequate

t think of anything i didn t like if i had to say something it would be too many stairs to the spa going down

however, they were actually very spacious with plenty of room in the bedroom, lots of wardrobe space for me

central to everything and right near the station lovely spa it was very clean the beds were really comfortable

the spa was wonderful and the room beautifully comfortable

is nowhere to lounge in the spa; this is nitpicking, though, as i have nothing else to say in the didn't like

fantastic hotel, modern, exceptionally clean, friendly staff, fantastic spa and pool.

the staff were great and spa was also great. room was beutiful.

everyone from the front desk, concierge and spa team were incredibly helpful

please order a whisky sour from the beautiful bar on your way to dinner, it is the best

of some work taking place in the kitchen, hotel was unable to provide sandwiches and the observatory bar was

there was a constant rumble from the kitchen extractor which made it hard to sleep

hotel stuff was extremely friendly, location is very central and breakfast is quite good.

macarons, hot chocolate, spa waters, news paper, cinema, robes and slippers, lovely local toiletries, towel

shame the pool and spa is no longer available

there is no spa in the hotel but it does advertise that when booking. everything else was great

trying to get the wifi to work through the speakers was a little like going back

location, very friendly and efficient staff, good wifi, good breakfast, and excellent room size and amenities

loved this place it was fantastic, the little extra touches from the tunnocks tea cakes to the spa bath

luxury spacious room spa bath with all the trimmings

the bed was extremely comfortable and large enough for us both to have our own space

great location - lovely spa bath and bed was very comfy

a selection of bars/restaurants were available to use, which were pretty much under the same roof as the rutland
