pool was cold but spa was warm

the main reason we reserved this hotel was the indoor pool and spa and we find that the spa was turned off and

indoor pool and gym were closed and breakfast was not offered, understandably in the middle of the

breakfast was great there was plenty to choose from to get our day started ,kids loved the waffles

he didn t care that we were there, he spoke down to me as though i was an inconvenience, room service never

i misunderstood the ad copy and thought a spa tub was available for all guests, but it is an additional charge

morning breakfast was great and hot, next day no more eggs

the pool needed cleaned everything else was great...

needed a grab bar to help give support to not fall

the sausage and gravy and biscuits were amazing for breakfast

it was very quiet. i liked the spa in my room. no people hanging around outside.

i'm a coffee drinker only / no breakfast.

poor maintenance. not enough handicap parking
