i was hoping to utilize the pools spa area of the hotel

clean, they have not done any renovations in yrs, room service is very poor( wrong delivery, took an hour),

no room service at all had to beg for towels

the decor was a bit dated as well as kitchen design. wifi was not robust in every room

services could have been a little more helpful about allowing my kids to check into one of the rooms as they

no fridge, no microwave, no wifi without additional fee and the $10/ nightly fee to park my vehicle

crazy kids running around the night we checked in and the absurd girls running around at 5 am - 8 am for

she put us in room 219 which had no view and it seems like the hotel was filled with kids that were very loud

the cocktails in the bar were excellent and the bartender went the extra maile for out large party

there was no spa and the menu was lacking

i enjoyed all the amenities.. comfortable room and bed. the pool, spa and gym are always clean.

wasn't that much upgrade that i got to experience and i wish i would have been in more of like a spa to enjoy

i love the spa smell in the lobby of the hotel

only thing i will say that can use some improvement was the wifi connection in the room

didn't like that the spa wasn't working, the heat was broken.

it quite and good much food places are around i could of feed my kids the hot water is the boom

facility, everything convenient within close proximity, good location, ample parking has a laundry
