wish the spa was open later

lots of parking and the exercise room is well equipped and clean

place, big gym, lovely staff, fridge and microwave in room

due to covid. we had great variety of choices for breakfast

we loved the continental breakfast!!

price is well set, snack bar was convenient although only open till 9am

no kitchen facilities no lounge chairs no bath soap

i appreciated the free wi-fi and the complimentary breakfast, overall, this hotel offers great value for money

the kitchen was very outdated and dirty

for a kitchenette unit was bad

the mini bar fridge froze our food but probably just needed to be turned down!

we were also given a snack bar and water

breakfast was good too

small choice for breakfast but the food was lovely so it wouldn t stop me going again.

dog hair in room. i m a pet lover, but expect a clean room & bedding!

so i had my spa experience this morning

however, good size rooms, free breakfast, free gym (a bit limited and tired)

good breakfast, excellent staff, clean rooms

because i am gluten free, i found the breakfast choices very limited

great spa bath, restaurant on property

i finally made it to the spa this trip for a treatment which was amazing

spa was closed, and the restaurant was quite disappointing

there is a very nice pool, hot tub and spa as well

i love the pool, hot tub, steam room, and actually got to enjoy a pedicure at the spa this time, which was

the free breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly

the selection for breakfast was nice and the swimming pool is always a hit with our kids

loved our rooms, and that it came with a kitchenette that had a full size fridge

our grandchildren especially liked the pool, hot tub and breakfast

we just hoped the swimmimg pools were a little cleaner.

hot tub spa didn t work either three days we were there

also, the spa facilities were nice but the sauna doesn't work (wouldn't heat up despite putting the timer on

wifi did not work very well.

worst part was we had a king room with the spa tub and the window faced out into a parking lot and highway and

the spa bath tub was perfect & clean

just the noise kids running up and down the halls late at night

the pool closes way too early. and breakfast should continue until 10:00 a.m. instead of 9:30

pool, gym, business centre, and breakfast areas were excellent

we have a dog and they have clean comfortable pet friendly rooms

good free wifi and outstanding breakfast all staff very friendly and helpful

liked that it was pet friendly, my pug puppy franklin could sit and have bfast with me
