absolutely nothing about this hotel makes it five star - no on-site gym (although you can ask for a pass to a

good at ash bar was yummy, drinks at blooms on bingo night was fun

the design is super fun and leans into an opulent deco look and the bloom bar is excellent

solid climate control and very unique in-hotel dining and cocktail bar options

location for those without kids/families

perfect spa, very tasty food, recommend to take benedict eggs with maryland ham - super tasty

hotel has a free bar with a variety of different drinks and a big assortment of table games

the spa tub was amazing

spa suite was definitely worth it, and the view was incredible.

was our anniversary and got a room paid 250 in a room was for a small people maybe kids cuz the bathroom toilet

room, great breakfast, comfortable beds, everything was clean, free wifi with great signal reach, very close to

expensive parking, no microwave, no spa or hot tub. kind rooms lack harbor view

complementary parking or breakfast would have been a nice feature!

booked a queen suit with a spa ( jetted tub) then was informed by staff that all the jetted tubs don't work

booking the hotel the room selection gives the impression that the queen room with jetted spa tub is a jacuzzi

espresso bar and regular bar were both closed

they gave us each a voucher to a nearby restaurant (9 to 5 bar and cafe) only to be served coffee and hot water

wifi does not work hotel is infested with roaches

only bad thing is the shuttles to airport is not 24 hours as they say at web page, its only specific hours at

plenty of parking and welcoming entrances

spa was out of order. i came to get in the spa.
