rented the king suite with the spa tub and the water came out yellow and left like a brown residue

i wanted to try the spa service but it was closed on sunday

we wished we had the whole week to explore the spa suite

from the staff to the cleanliness to the amenities, the spa the food the grandparents of the hotel bit the bed

were not informed that the building was still in construction and that the spa had not opened yet for this

we relaxed at the pool, roman bath, had spa treatments, and ate delicious food

jacuzzi was broken food was not replenished fast enough at breakfast

the breakfast wasn't that great

the breakfast was delicious especially the waffles

firestone are allowed to have screaming migraine inducing kids in the pool area for hours while parents on the

breakfast was lovely

bummed that covid is still impacting swimming and breakfast options.
