high end finish to the room and spa area

i no we had the spa but that closes at 7 and what we paid i would of hoped for my own tub outside to uses which

the spa place should've opened longer.

would be to call the hotel and book further in advance if you were planning a couple spa treatments, but this

while we knew what we could expect at the spa for a hotel of this splendour and target market some investment

i had the best spa experience and enjoyed the yoga class

the bathrooms are luxurious with a spa and body showers

in own bathroom, led lighting in the spa bath, breakfast was amazing

the warm welcome, coffee machine, delicious breakfast, spa bath...loved it all

we also had a spa bath and a mini sauna in our room and just not enough time to try everything out

the private spa area was truly the highlight for me soothing, quiet, and exactly what i didn t know i

size, bed size and comfort, cleanliness, spa facilities, underground garage, like on each floor, helpful staff

the children loved the spa and rooms were very comfy. family room was a great size too.

wifi in the bedroom would have been appreciated

it was valentines day so i phoned the hotel and asked if they could put a few petals on the bed and they did

room service menu was out of date was told to order room service from the bar, a tad inconvenient,

friendly ,very helpful staff , easy access and parking

beautiful setting, friendly staff, clean comfortable room, easy parking.

didn t try spa or outdoor pool but both were very popular with guests

i also found that i went to the spa but there were quite a few dead moths on the steam room floor which made

the lido and spa facilities. nothing was too much trouble

that the pool wasn't included in the price, but as a spa hotel that's understandable

lovely warm traditional place that evokes classic spa breaks.

in a beautiful 3-floor cottage with a spa bath absolutely lovely

barn cottage was set over 3 floors so was spacious with characterful decor

barn on 3 floors with top floor being a wet room with a monsoon shower and air spa bath very unique with left

king size bed, lovely room overlooking the golf course.

location facilities would be great had i brought my swimsuit to use the spa nice choice of beers but would of

we were only staying on floor 1 right above the bar area so i was initially worried about noise, but the room

it appeared to be run by kids. not offered english breakfast (included), kids just chatting.

couldn't turn all lights out from the bed 25 to have a pet with me for just one night was expensive

for our dogs, comfortable beds, super bathroom with lovely smelling shampoo/hand wash/bodywash, wifi worked

the swimming / spa additional costs isn't clear on the advert meaning its disappointing to learn that this

it was really welcoming and helpful and there was plenty of parking

wifi did not exist even though precise details were given by a staff member

signal for tv and wifi is not available in the room plus there is no table light for reading so essentially

didn't use pool or gym as we were exhausted

made to feel so welcome from the time that we arrived until we left, fantastic room with a double spa bath and

the facilities were spot on, we had the blythe room, which had the spa bath in it was exceptional

the spa bath was just fab

so comfy and the spa bath was a treat
