loved our spa day

the spa was absolutely fantabulous

have smoking rooms available and it is attached to the casino so i don't have to do any driving or use a

i would have liked to see the buffet opened all days and the bar opened all the time.

the pool was great but closed way too early

spa jets weren't on

the spa was closed. had to go to horseshoe to use spa services.

massage/spa experience was excellent

my teenage daughter (17) was not allowed to use the pool area or spa services, even with a parent present

spa located on the 17th floor

pool could use some cleaning and maintenance

great breakfast

the telephone in my room did not work at all when i tried to call and get wifi access

parking was terrible

treadmill in the gym wasn't working and the temperature could be made more comfortable, it was stuffy

great hospitality, clean parking lot great staff

i wanted that for breakfast & also the orange that i had was old

pool shut

the wifi was really choppy and unstable which made it difficult to work from the hotel

need better options for low carb breakfast.
