spa didn't have heat

the spa was not working & we didn't know until we got there to check in!

i explain to him what the deal was, he said our room king size bed and spa tub was not ready and we had to get

the pool and spa area was nice and relaxing

but, it is close to shopping and a movie theater is in the parking lot

everything went well. we enjoyed the room, breakfast, and location.

it was clean. it was a first for me i even used the laundry facility.

we have been using the hotel as little spa days with my mom and sister

only complaint is they gave us a pet room so it stunk bad

the hotel offers a wonderful pool that kept our children entertained for hours

just need to keep the pet area in back a little but cleaner

thought i booked a room with a jacuzzi but there was none, and i expected wood floors as a pet freindly hotel
