pool was closed

the location; the size of the room; the gym and the front desk

wifi didn't work.

parking was good

after driving 10 hrs with 2 kids we were exhausted

the price of some of the thing........i feel the spa and golf price is too high

disappointed the spa water cooler & lockers were not working

staff all over from front desk to wait staff in eagles and elements to spa ladies were friendly and helpful

close to the pool and spa was also nice

spa couples massage was excellent

biggest pet peeve was there was not any hand sanitizer available anywhere at this hotel

the ease at which we were able to check in and get a late check out

where a bunch i mean 15+ kids in the pool and hot tub and loud till 11pm it was so loud we couldn’t even enjoy

found pet hair on sofa, visible dirt in bathroom dirt on the floor

the pull out couch for our kids could have been a little bit more comfortable for them.

the room was large and came with a spa tub in the actual room

breakfast was good....loved the spa tub
