large swimming pool was absolutely fantastic

no room service present

wifi went down and stayed down someone charged a meal for 4 to my room, receptionist apologised and

parking is a challenge and having to walk accross the street to have food etc.

access to spa due to pre-booking requirements, robes/towels not in room on arrival but quickly resolved

enjoyed the gym, pool, spa and sauna

complimentary glass of port in the room, with clean fluffy towels and robes and use of the pool, spa and gym if

good central location, pool and spa facilities, plenty of bar and eating areas to relax in

very good breakfast with vegetarian options

the spa facilities were a real highlight well maintained and enjoyable

the pool/spa facilities were a little tired and perhaps could be cleaner but was still usable.

unfortunately we did not have time to the use the spa facilities however they looked amazing
