under refurb so some facilities not available (spa and gym)

have been here before and loved the overall feel of the hotel, the facilities were amazing, spa was brilliant,

all was fine. i only had an overnight stay & didn,'t have time to use spa or gym though.

just disappointed that we didn't have time to enjoy the spa or the zoo which is next door

we didn't get a chance to try the swimming pool and spa facilities however, if everything else is anything to

spa worked well

wasn't a dislike but they were working on upgrading spa facilities which was a shame

spa & gym that was included in the price was very good, staff were very friendly which was nice

the description of a spa is hotel is challenging paying for parking the breakfast was fried and not grilled,

was advertised with spa facilities which i was advised have not been working for 2 years, the gym was aweful ,

will remember next time that room has fridge which is great didn't get to use spa was dissapointed but our

the room was spacious and warm and we had plenty of fresh towels
