pool was unable to open , and there was no housekeeping , but it was because of the covid mandates

it is a welcoming place everyone is so nice. lots of parking available. good service.

much better value than downtown and with free parking and windows that open we are able to get two rooms here

parking lot is a long walk with bags. can't imagine what it's like in the winter.

their is no microwave and room service doesn t come to the room and clean

i went for a swim but felt the pool area was a bit outdated.

the so-called sun terrace does not really exist. restaurant and bar have very limited hours.

the $75 pet charge is highest than we pay at other, comparable hotels, such as holiday inn.

there was plenty of parking and checking in and out was a breeze

no microwave in the room. no laundry facility .

staff were nice and attentive. bar was nice. very good red sangrias.

noise, beds not comfortable, gym very small and no room or equipment to use.

of course one thing that i looked forward to was taking a relaxing dip into the spa area but i get that it was

the pool/spa area. that s about it.

was a cosy place to stay, especially the location , the curtsious staff, the swimming pool , spa & basketball

i also like that this property is pet friendly

pet friendly nd have to pay additional pet fee, they didn t clean my room until i asked even

room were quiet without kids running around at night

did not like fitness room had no cell service or wifi, too many kids in hot tub unsupervised .
