the spa and gym are the main attractions.

the spa and pool were so clean and beautiful. the service was excellent!! love this hotel.

we did the full spa package and then enjoyed gym as well so overall great visit

spa was nice. roomy bathrooms in rooms. friendly reception. lounge/ cafe

spa was nice and not luxurious

too many little kids running around.

pool is a bit small when several families are in there .

the bar was great they provide 2 free happy hour drinks per adult which is awesome paying for parking

property was conveniently located in relationship to where our adults kids live which we were there visiting

the hotel room was very clean comfortable and my kids were able to enjoy themselves without any complaint

check out the spa it is lovely

hotel and spa is very close to the freeway, but we didn't hear any noise

spa treatment was just what i needed

everything from the greeting as we walked to the spa treatments

everything was wonderful just want to book spa treatment next time

the spa was out of order i was not told till i saw that note on the door

spa bath jets were not working, & i was told maintenance would come up but they never did

that the spa wasn't working

the food at provisions was excellent and the spa staff were lovely

to learn that the spa was closing

the cordial staff, quite generous and eager to help us navigate the property and spa amenities

the spa and gym were a great amenity and we were invited to use it even after we checked out that

dirty, no valet, no room service, etc.

there s also a small bar on-site and breakfast available, which adds to the convenience

gym was incredibly hot but i alerted them and they turned on the air conditioning and it eventually

more comfortable amenities. during covid, soap other than bar soap would be preferable.

the kids loved the pool

laundry, shared kitchen diner plus access to the large indoor pool and gymnasium

the wifi at the property hardly worked. staff at the reception was not very helpful.

we didn't plan for it but could have used the berkeley ymca facilities in the building including gym and indoor

the laundry room was easily accessible

cheap and great location. gym was really convenient too.

couldn't use the spa because of covid

the pool and hot tub were very nice

parking is plentiful and i was able to park by the closest entrance near my room

parking is good and well-lit

good security at doors, nice hot tub and convenient parking. very nice breakfast
