i loved the spa area me and boyfriend spent a lot of time in the spa

pool was comfortably warm and nice hot tub

dirty with cup stains still on them but we got they re so late we just went to bed and expected room service

there's also lots of free parking spot

stained spa jets looked dirty toilet stained fan did not work only plug and phone charge in bathroom rest

the spa tubs are great, but advise that you give the jets an initial quick clean out via fill/ run

spa didn't work

no pool no game room no spa everything advertise amenities were not available

working spa baths in the king rooms, but use at your own risk (or clean out yourself before use)

also, because of covid restrictions, i don't think i could've used the exercise room or the pool room either

also, a decent desk would help while on business, and a pool (internal) or a sauna would make things also much

pets are indiscriminately housed in all of the hotel rooms

loud kids, running, screaming, banging doors. no supervision.

i have kids so we all know they touch everything so i needed a safe n clean place for my kids to enjoy

the breakfast bar was well laid out and the food was good

a big comfortable room, good breakfast, great location, access to 24 hour full gym - 7 min drive

time i'll request a floor without kids running up and down the halls screaming

*tons* of kids there that could have been occupied longer

makes me a little uneasy when you have kids in the room

was absolutely filthy, they had a wedding party and kids were running and screaming on all floors, no control

was giving a room with small beds like twin size for a little kids, very uncomfortable no room to stretch you

kitchen area had 0 supplies, towels, cups

wifi didn't not work at all

loud hotel guests making a racket at night music in bar friday night was ridiculously loud

room service with healthy food options would have been a plus

no pool, and the rooms were small, especially in the bathroom...

south parking lot was very noisy - many very noisy cars driving around the hotel at night

the food in the restaurant was exceptional and our room service breakfast was on time and just right

comfy beds, clean, ample free parking.

the pool heater was not working which was disappointing to my 6 year old

staff was great and accomodated us on early check in and late check out

the pool could have been cleaner

we wasn t able too eat breakfast or the pool wasn t opened do you covid-19

room service was fast and the food was good

challenging it's still would be nice if the staff tried to keep the area around the pool and hot spa dry to

they changed the shuttle service to the palace.

the bar closed at 11 pm on a friday. 20 people in the lounge at the time.

where is the sauna pool

the wifi signal is poor, which is unreal

hospitality/ cleanliness/ 24 hr gym all of the above

the pet fee they charge is quite high at $75us

the room was spacious. car parking was available. there was a swimming pool.
