the pool is smooth and relaxing, but i keep saying it, the bathtub is why i m here

indoor pool, large room, meeting area, free parking

you could tell that some of the guests had moved them into parking spots and around the building

customer service the pool the exercise room i loveeee seeing my kids happy in the pool our 2nd time

it had a bar in it.and it was clean

dirty, bed hard, no help with my issues connecting to wifi

the room was very clean. i was pleased to have free parking.

also, it was a hs homecoming event happening and kids had hotel rooms with no adult supervision

breakfast bar was in a good location, the kitchen staff was very hospitable and didn t like the fact that

the spa tub (needs fixing asap though it leaked terribly)

we had to buy cleaning supplies to clean our spa bath and bathroom

and the spa tub doesnt hold water

the spa tub leaked at the how water faucet and the jets did not function properly

coffee was served all day it was fresh and hot ,did not eat breakfast but we did check out the breakfast bar

staff was rude to me about having not filled out a pet form which i was not provided upon checkin

the food in the restaurant was exceptional and our room service breakfast was on time and just right

room was clean, pool was clean, and staff was nice

absolutely had nothing no heated pool my kids stayed for 15min if that , food wasn't complimentary but expensive

was absolutely filthy, they had a wedding party and kids were running and screaming on all floors, no control

the bar and restaurant were poorly lit so it was hard to tell if they were open. but they were

had a bit of problem with the card reader so they put me in another room right away plus the bar served good

however, it would be great if there were a few more vegetarian options for breakfast

allowed an early check in for me and were super friendly

pets are indiscriminately housed in all of the hotel rooms
