spa services excellent

the pool & beach access!

listed are the gym facilities, pool facilities, beach chairs, all the things you would expect to be included

awesome breakfast buffet and restaurant food

the buffet breakfast feels very expensive, but there are plenty of other options which are more reasonable

spa attendance will you make your appointments was rude. not all about helping

upon check out we were informed that we could have gotten a discount at the restaurants and spa because we are

on top of that the spa and the restaurants are all on the pricey side

great decor, great pool, restaurants, spa and the best beach especially for families

the spa and personnel were wonderful

gold level offered a private breakfast, drinks and snacks

had an amazing room that overlooked the pool and ocean

we stayed on the gold floor, which made our stay very comfortable - it includes breakfast, a cocktail hour

they offered an area for adults only pool area

infrastructure, nice view and spa is really good (must try lumi lumi massage- the traditional hawaiian one

the shuttles that can take you to the fairmont, the shops (with grocery), and the gym/spa was very convenient

comprises an area of lush surroundings with golf fields, its own beach and pool area, extensive areas for work

there were active construction noises on the spa and elevator.

they allowed us to keep our room a few extra hours beyond check out because we were waiting for a spa appointment

waikoloa beach marriott hotel & spa was a nice hotel with a great location with a direct access to the anaeho

people who like the resort and spa type places may like this. it was not for me

positive point : the cafe (managed independently from the hotel) and the gym

was amazing: pu, marlin, justin, the sushi chef, angie the massage therapist, skylar at spa reception- these

i was generally ok with waiting at the bar, but they asked me to come back to the front desk to sign something

the staff was so friendly and the property was clean and had a great beach and adult pool

no matter how many times i asked, i couldn't get a bed. excellent golf course maintenance.

value where it counts (court fees, netflix in room, laundry machines everywhere and reasonable

to maldives ,a private island in philippines and thailand and we feel for a comparable price that breakfast

room service surprisingly comes at the wrong time like end of the day!

if you love fitness this hotel offers everything

i went to the spa for a mani-pedi and used the pool and beach

spa seems a bit unorganized re appointments, did not like being so far away from elevator

there is a separate fee to use the sauna even if you booked a spa service. :(

loved all the history collected there loved having abc stote in hotel loved spa - got a massage one day and

only spa with non working jets
