nice pool and very clean rooms

the rooms are bright and clean and good amount of space with a kitchen compared to other places

parking was challenging

i feel like the hot tub and pool need a really good scrubbing, slimy

wifi did not work and when i asked for help he said if you don t like it go some where else

it is a shame that we were not able to use the pool because of the covid 19, but they are hoping they can open

took out my own garbage, carpet needed vacuuming, no linens for kitchen, bought my own dish soap

after 8 hours long, how frustrating when you with three younger kids have to wait on lobby almost 45 mins

the pool room was cold

was convenient as i was visiting family and could make food to bring from my kitchenette

those rooms did not have direct access to get outside which we had expected having asked for a pet friendly

my kids ran barefoot in the room and their feet were black

annoyed that it wasn't until i went to check in that they notified me that neither the pool nor spa nor hot tub

had a spa close to restaurants and casino

garden patio outside room was nice to sit in and read. gym that we were able to use was great.

we could hear people running around room above us and kids screaming, was a problem considering

spa had bad ventilation

spa jet switch was still broken as it was a year ago

value for money. room was clean and a large size. the spa was nice.

the kitchen was gross

cleanliness, the location, the friendly and helpful staff, and the good breakfast.

the spa was also very nice but maybe there s the need to remind people to be more considered of other

we just booked one night, the next time we will be staying longer to enjoy the spa facilities

included and full use of spa facilities during the stay

wifi is very weak and cobwebs on the ceiling corner.

location, good parking, loved the courtyard, the plants & flowers and green area, new towels, clean

all around friendly service and a spa there and hot tub and the resuturant bar was great food and

spa wasn t working and after a 14 hour flight we could have done with a spa.

opened later than the time posted on the door and the service was terrible took over an hour for room service

the place is surgically clean and even the bar tender girl was friendly we didn t use the pool, sauna etc
