spa center closes too early

the spa that was attached was also nice

the pool area was being renovated - i would have loved to swim every evening

we emailed directly about the airport shuttle and had such a limited and late response that we ended up booking

my suite was very comfortable, food was top quality, wifi speeds were exceptional

the spa personnel were also amazing

the whole place was clean and plenty of space to relax and enjoy

we used the spa service and had a massage at a reasonable price and was excellent

are great, very clean, excellent service, swimming pools and spa were excellent

grounds, room, restaurant and spa are wonderful and the staff are lovely

spa was under renovation which was disappointing as it was top of the list of things i wanted to do

unfortunately the spa facilities were unavailable during our stay

and accommodating (drinks delivered to pool, willingness to help us coordinate alternative spa services, helping

space,staff was excellent location great breakfast good & facilities gym,spa & swimming pool on

remote location, need a car - driver to get around. no night nice. rooftop bar closed

laundry was not delivered until i asked for it, no airport pickup even though email stated that

room service food options could be better and the pool closes too early (6pm

the pool ever so clean. and all staff in general very helpful the rooms were impeccable

the room had all the mod cons of an up-market hotel with reliable wifi

great complimentary breakfast

the spa being 'under refurbishment' is not mentioned anywhere

in mind i ll be getting a massage only to know that the spa will be ready in a couple weeks from now

i loved the spa and had a fantastic massage

the spa facility was very good including an experienced

very clean with great facilities - gym, spa and outdoor pool
