space,staff was excellent location great breakfast good & facilities gym,spa & swimming pool on

spa was under renovation which was disappointing as it was top of the list of things i wanted to do

unfortunately the spa facilities were unavailable during our stay

and accommodating (drinks delivered to pool, willingness to help us coordinate alternative spa services, helping

one of the hotel s standout features is the breathtaking pool area

spa center closes too early

the spa that was attached was also nice

my suite was very comfortable, food was top quality, wifi speeds were exceptional

the shuttle service excellent

wifi in the lobby is rather dodgy

the spa was always closed every time i came down to try and get a massage

loved the spa at the hotel

breakfast was good, lots of variety

lovely breakfast, super fresh fruit. omelet made to order.

the response time from the zara restaurant is not good, too much delay in attending to room service issues
