spa was really, really good

pool, hot tub, gym, walking distance to cafe's and shops.

from the parking to the ski valet area to reception, the staff was very professional friendly and pleasant

garage parking that was included was such an awesome amenity

restaurant hours were not good and prices were very high (especially for kids)

only thing that was slightly disappointing was we were too off-season for spa services/massages

when we went to the spa it would have been nice to have the fireplace on

everything, the spa was perfect, under the sky with fireplace

loved the fireplace in the room

they let her use the laundry facilities and moved them into another room and were up from 1-4:30am

rooms, free breakfast with homemade waffles, tv stations available, great beds with nice linens, free internet

quiet and peaceful. breakfast was excellent. best we had in red river.

suggestion is to get the spa fixed and trim the greenery a bit so mountains are more visible

there was no functional tv and the wifi was difficult and intermittent to access

dirty, bugs everywhere, no wifi, no cell service, door latch was a huge gamble

paint peeling from the walls in a few areas grounds and parking full of weeds

there is a resort fee on top of the room fee ro cover the wifi, pool, sauna, cold plunge, and gym

needs some updating- the pool looked like frog water

major complaint is that parking is in the rear of the building--not ideal for a motel--so there is no way to

the spa was located at the rv park across a gravely patch and a dirt alley

there is no breakfast, which was fine as, after all, you're in taos, so there's michaels kitchen, the taos

staffing service. ease and simple comfort. cleanliness. i also liked the location and gym.

the wifi worked well to we brought our roku from home and it connected and played with no issues

parking was limited as we had 2 vehicles
