room (king suite w/spa tub) was roomy and clean.

we went to the front desk and told them, and they upgraded us to a spa room for the inconvenience

the room was clean. the bed was amazing. the spa tub was spacious.

great location, friendly staff, nice pool & hot tub area, delicious hot breakfast. we recommend!

we could tell the kids were running upstairs but it didn t bother us at all

only negative we experienced was the temperature and the chlorine level in the spa by the pool

only issue i had is that you have to walk through the lobby/breakfast area to get to the pool/spa area

wifi did not work in our room (it seems you have to be close to the lobby).

was more noice than normal at night- both from the room above and kids running in the hall

the nightly s'mores bar was a hit with our kids

there was no book in the room to explain room service, what to do around town, wifi pass word

also, the area around the pool & spa seemed very desolate and i didn't feel comfortable going in alone

interior room was very spacious and included a kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator

the hotel was very quiet, even though it was filled with kids (as was our room)

i think there was a spa tub adjoining our room and the sound was just awful

with spa tub and large balcony overlooking lake was superior
