the friendly staff like mary, the lovely receptionist who assisted me with travel arrangments and spa treatments

in mind i ll be getting a massage only to know that the spa will be ready in a couple weeks from now

i loved the spa and had a fantastic massage

very clean with great facilities - gym, spa and outdoor pool

spa center closes too early

the spa that was attached was also nice

good wifi everywhere in the hotel

one of the treadmills in the gym did not work

and accommodating (drinks delivered to pool, willingness to help us coordinate alternative spa services, helping

spa was under renovation which was disappointing as it was top of the list of things i wanted to do

unfortunately the spa facilities were unavailable during our stay

variety at breakfast was not impressive and they ran out of chocolate and tea on the last day

experience started off badly when the airport shuttle service did not show up and i had to pick an uber after

very rude and the service was super slow it took hours to receive food than i had order from room service

limited choice of breakfast, very small gym with only few equipment, room was average.
