great spa facilities

entering the spa for the pool we were told that there was only one other person there

i really enjoyed the swimming and spa pools and also the sauna

the spa as extra was a real delight - staff were really friendly and helpful and room was lovely,

bedroom was spacious, clean and cosy

only thing missing in the spa is a jacuzzi

spa was closed unavoidably

conditioning and spa were a life saver after a hot and long drive

lovely grounds , clean spacious and amazing spa facilities. great breakfast and very nice staff

we also used the spa and that was also a great

the rooms are spacious and comfortable. lunch was lovely and the spa was fantastic

really liked the spa facilities; i liked that the pool stayed open until late because it wasn t busy at all

the gym, swimming pool and spa was very clean and one of the best hotels gyms we have seen

the spa was excellent clean and the view was breathtaking.

no swimming pool and spa , wifi was useless , noisy up until 2.am , room and furniture dated

the rooms need updating, a hole in the wall and the pool/spa area was closed

there is lot's of onsite parking available, there is a 4 charge for 24 hours parking

the wifi works well and is included in the room rate

we also could use spa and pool facilities which made our stay even better

beautiful outside areas lovely room breakfast was amazing friendly staff great spa dog friendly

our dog was made to feel very welcome and having use of the spa was a huge bonus

cold, the steam room was under bright light which made it feel more dentist chair than tranquil spa moment, and

stay very un-relaxing indeed, 20 kids bombing in and out of the pool in the calm and relaxing spa facilities

the spa and gym was impressive

the only place to get a drink was the bar and it was a long walk

we didnt get round all the faciliaites, i am told there was a spa which we didnt use and i dont think is a full

set along a cute river, breakfast was great and room service was very big and tasty

complete amenities, great view, lovely room, friendly staff and yunmy breakfast

wifi did not work in the restaurant but that s the price you pay for being in the country!

we both had deep tissue massages in the spa in the couples treatment room and it was so relaxing after a busy

t use spa without booking a treatment, which felt excessive when the hotel was fairly expensive per

this could be maintained a lot better the conservotory being a bit dated, the use of this lovely space would be

also was really annoying that spa wasn t open on sunday and monday and was not included in the stay

we paid for the spa facilities and it was lovely with sauna, steam, pool and a small outdoor area
