great spa facilities and the restaurant was fabulous

a quality resort with wonderful comfortable rooms, splendid food, welcoming staff and a gorgeous spa, all at

the spa closes at 9pm and that our luxury double room wasn t much different to a standard double

our room was onlooking the garden and was very spacious and clean

the spa and pool facilities are the best i ve been to

as hotel guests you also had full use of spa facility

on reception was extremely accomading, very friendly and made our stay even better, the spa area could do with

50 return into bath spa i visited for the bath christmas market, same night nothing in city under 200 with

pool could have been warmer and spa area could do with updating.

i was greeted by friendly receptionist sue who gave me advice on the sauna and spa facilities and the history

we had a room of 4 and so spacious

first ever, the staff were so helpful nothing was too much trouble and the cost of facilities, spa etc were

the spa area and swimming pool really nice and not too busy considering it was school

i was gutted the spa and gym wasn't available but that wasn't the end of the world

our dog was made to feel very welcome and having use of the spa was a huge bonus

we also could use spa and pool facilities which made our stay even better

new spa area (sauna, jacuzzi and steam room) is excellent addition
