not a dislike more a preference. i need a hip replacement and the spa was very far away.

only comment is that the spa facilities require a little more maintenance as signs of age are visible

only small fault we thought the south bar was in the hotel and the walk to spa was further than expected

bit a long walk to the spa but it is allowed to with bathrobe through reception so this makes it easier

the spa was pure bliss, so relaxing and cosy

have no complaints at all but i think a good addition to the spa deck would be a cold splash option like a

lovely girl in the spa gave me a glass of prosecco for my birthday, and gave a fab massage

cj in the spa did a fabulous massage and brian the dedicated concierge who is clearly very passionate about

the history of carton house and especially the spa facilities & beautiful grounds & golf course.

thoroughly enjoyed the spa and our massages as well as the archery the following day

also, the signage to the spa reception and restrooms from kathleen's kitchen could be a little clearer

had lovely food and drinks in the bar staff were all great and very attentive

on last day b4 i handed in key early room service in and emptied room

the bar is really nice and has a wonderful ambiance

courtyard offered a great outdoor experience for eating, drinking and watching golf on the very large outdoor

would have loved if they had a spa area!

jacuzzi pump was broken in the spa which was very disappointing as this was one of the reason for booking this

spa was closed due to renovation work - that was an important part for us travelling as a sports

spa facilities are fantastic, rooms generously sized and staff are lovely. this hotel is a gem.

at the hotel a day before my birthday with 2 young kids below 3 and luggages, the lady at the hotel reception

the amount of kids that stay, there could be a little more for them
