the room was what i paid for a spa room and got handicap room

the free wifi was the only good thing about the place

close to town, the next parking lot has a great breakfast spot and pizza place

parking was tight

the breakfast bar was nice, offering home made waffles with all the fixings

no hot tub/spa at the pool

shower was not hot, and the pool had a bunch of young kids in it jumping and horse playing

my kids got to swim until 10pm and you didn't have to make a reservation.

upon arrival i ordered room service

there was a lot of door slamming next door to me kids?

spent a little extra to get the king spa room and it was worth the extra cash

made it easy to explore charlotte, friendly lobby staff made us feel very welcome, view of pool from

do not like the extra charge at the bar when i asked for a bacardi and diet and was charged two prices

the view, the room and the pool area. the hotel exceeded my expectations i loved my stay.
