for what i paid for the room there definitely should have been room service!

room was small for three people sofa bed was uncomfortable wifi had issues.

you get a card key to access the hotel elevators, pool, laundry and your room

valet, front desk staff and spa staff were amazing. the bed was super comfy.

i loved the shower and how it had two heads, to make it have a spa feel

spa was still locked due to covid.

there was some problems with the gym and the spa area, which limited our access.

gym, cappuccino maker were broken

also, the wifi was very spotty

lot of noise kids running up and down the hall playing

room service, no complimentary breakfast, bistro closes too early

only thing was slow wifi

not a good hotel to take the kids
