very clean hotel, great location and pet friendly with underground parking.

very good . we ask them 2 hours late check out they allowed us

rooms were no way soundproof ; no room service with towels, changing sheets etc.

the bar and restaurant look quite chic

matter what we did or what staff tried to do there was no internet wifi connection which was extremely annoying

you had to seek out a member of staff to get tea or cofee, and the bar area is dark and uninviting

also the treatment room of the spa was not up to date

my kids were very excited to go swimming

the bar and restaurant, bivver, on site is amazing

the pool, hot tub, and sauna were so much fun, and the unlimited towels were wonderful when our kids visited
