pool and hot tub right next to noisy i-45. breakfast abbreviated. lobby computers not working

there was some little kids above me and they kept running across the floor

staff was friendly and helpful lots of parking comfortable bed

breakfast staff were friendly and helpful

kids running halls playing at 10:40 pm both nights. ball teams in town.

i did not like that the spa and robards were not in operation at this time.

pool was excellent. spa was great.

this resort was great, the spa was really good and the room was really clean and comfortable

and spa were not available week days, although i paid the $35 per night for other activities at the

breakfast was great! just the right location, for our visit to woodlands, tx

when traveling with kids, that helps a lot

my only complaint was that the pool needs a key card to get back into the hotel

it was a great place good breakfast good location close to the mall and lots of restaurants

was on hand so at 9:30pm at night i was switched room to accommodate a cleaner environment for my kids

the pool was closed and there was no breakfast

we were able to switch to a parking lot facing room but that was all that was offered

staff is rude there s no parking

fitness room was missing weights, there were wet floor signs and a large fan but no evidence of

washing machine and dryer, and the shuttle was extremely easy to order

good wifi signal

lots of counter space and accommodating kitchen

there wasn't much of a breakfast.
