the spa didn't warm up

really liked the outside area and the pool area and location of the property

had reserved 2 rooms for 3 adults and two children (my son, his two kids in one room, my wife and i in the other

large room with comfortable beds. good wifi.

it was a long walk from the parking lot to our room.

pool and spa was nice and the beds were comfortable staff was good i liked the old school key

pool was nice. room was nice.

the pool and ammentities were great!

the staff was extremely friendly and the pool and hot tub were awesome

the room hallways and pool area were very clean

we went to the front desk and told them, and they upgraded us to a spa room for the inconvenience

the room was clean. the bed was amazing. the spa tub was spacious.

room (king suite w/spa tub) was roomy and clean.

i was given 2 keys, but no information about the wifi password

basic breakfast was welcomed, adequate parking and access to major roads

only negative we experienced was the temperature and the chlorine level in the spa by the pool

only issue i had is that you have to walk through the lobby/breakfast area to get to the pool/spa area

was more noice than normal at night- both from the room above and kids running in the hall

the view i asked for lake view but was hoping for a higher level but was close to car in parking lot

wifi was very difficult to connect to

pool on roof was a great plus

comfortable beds clean rooms and friendly staff nice pool and hot tub will stay there again

the breakfast was very good and the bed was extremely comfortable

breakfast was okay, should be more options.

good breakfast. very friendly staff. it was so cool to watch the ships from our patio.

location. unique setting. front desk staff very helpful. pool, spa tub and sauna were great.

everytime a toilet flushed we'd hear it, the kids screaming down in another room and some dog

kids jumping and running until lad and either the heat kicking in or the toilet running made

limited parking space, very tight parking space

spa could of been a little hotter.

with spa tub and large balcony overlooking lake was superior

our room included a kitchen, private balcony, shower with jets, and spa tub

i think there was a spa tub adjoining our room and the sound was just awful

spa and location. staff was easy to work with. very comfortable beds.

fridge microwave & spa available

24/7 coffee, tea and hot chocolate (the good stuff) not sparing flavored creamer, honey etc

we did not use the spa and didn't eat breakfast, so no comment on that

small spa and frozen breakfast

the room was spacious and loved the spa tub in our room!

staff was super friendly, hotel very clean, pool and spa area amazing

room was excellent pool was really cool! haven't seen a stainless steel pool and spa before.

also, the area around the pool & spa seemed very desolate and i didn't feel comfortable going in alone

the location was close to everything and the shuttle to the airport was an added bonus
