spa treatments were very expensive

wonderful food and services excellent, friendly waitress , pool beautiful

full menu for room service included which was nice on check out day to have breakfast delivered

wifi was good throughout most of the property

our server each morning at breakfast, dianica and the lovely hostess were just the sweetest

the spa was awesome and far better as to ambience than the sonesta one i went to in us

know it may not be associated with the resort, but going on the beach and being pressured to get spa treatment

liked that front desk change my room cause i didn't like the first one i got and the girls at the spa maid my

food was great and the workers was wonderful samantha at breakfast was excellent and dealt with us

no room service available for the days where you did not feel like getting up and getting ready to go

i got a massage at the spa which was very relaxing

the spa is exceptional

the spa and karaoke

restaurants, casino, beaches

it has mualtiple pools and restaurants on site

part of the reason we chose this property was because it had a spa listed on site in booking

we were traveling with kids, it s nice to put the kids to bed and you can still sit in a living room

a full kitchen is ideal for long stays but even for short stays

the wifi wasn t that good and the tv the living room was small and there are no tvs in the bedroom

i even got a late check out
