the spa has no soap or shampoo no change room

was more than bummed that the indoor pool and spa both under construction closed for repairs

the pool is not heated it was an indoor pool and it was not heated that was crazy freezing.

the hotel was a spa/pool and the pool was closed which is fine, but the spa was empty/no water so we couldn't

frustrated that the spa didn't work & took over 3 days (or more) to get working

loved the full kitchen, wished the pool had been indoors

the pool as the kids enjoyed it.

friendly staff. great customer service. i asked for late check out and got till 2pm.

the spa covid protocol was very frustrating, and the night manager was very rude

there was an additional bar tab of 14.83 on my credit card that was never resolved

convenient coffee shop and bar and cozy fireplace outside on the patio ground floor

the wifi kept cutting out

also the gym had everything you need for a good morning workout

got home, spa was amazing, the hot tub was amazing, gardens are well maintained

lodge has a spa like feeling where one immediately feels relaxed

no pool . no access to spa facilities unless you purchased an expensive treatment .

super pet friendly hotel and a very hospitable kind staff

with other family members trash in the games room for a few hours no pool and a very basic gym yet $38 resort

bar & restaurant, good food, fitness center & library/play room

the first night till they could actually accommodate me, even though they claimed they were pet friendly

also, the site said pet friendly, but then we found out after booking that we couldn't bring our cat

i wanted free parking and pet friendly

room was very spacious, the kitchen area was great but it lacked cooking and eating utensils

the breakfast had more options like a waffle maker, and potatoes for breakfast , and food trays to

breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast
