the spa covid protocol was very frustrating, and the night manager was very rude

i also like that you had to make appointments to use the pool and fitness

the hotel was a spa/pool and the pool was closed which is fine, but the spa was empty/no water so we couldn't

frustrated that the spa didn't work & took over 3 days (or more) to get working

the family above us who had kids running around and we could not sleep until after midnight

extra blankets and pillows and everything you would need in the kitchen

friendly staff. great customer service. i asked for late check out and got till 2pm.

the spa has no soap or shampoo no change room

was more than bummed that the indoor pool and spa both under construction closed for repairs

gym and pools were very nice. also enjoyed the bar and bistro, cozy!

thing that i did not like was the narrow parking spaces but it's not their fault or something the hotel can do

location (close proximity to light rail), cleanliness, ease of check-in, parking availability

the spa treatments we also top notch

no pool . no access to spa facilities unless you purchased an expensive treatment .

with other family members trash in the games room for a few hours no pool and a very basic gym yet $38 resort

be a tight timeline with a 4pm check in, we called ahead asking if they could accommodate an early check in

super pet friendly hotel and a very hospitable kind staff

facilities around the property were clean and lots of sitting space

updates were great. room was awesome. spa was great. loved tesla charging

excellent for a getaway to relax and recharge. spa services were amazing as well.

also, the site said pet friendly, but then we found out after booking that we couldn't bring our cat
