i did not go to the spa area but i heard their services are exceptional

there s also that lovely spa smell throughout the hotel

it s beautifully decorated, posh, relaxed vibes, wonderful pool, great meeting places, over the top restaurant

day until 11:00 am the lobby bar was set up with an assortment of pastries, fresh hot coffee, teas, and several

breakfast was excellent

area was small and spa tub was out of service

clothes washers and dryers on the 2nd floor along with an outdoor pool and spa, and a 1st floor gym, all of

bit pricey if you want a candy bar and a drink but i guess i anticipated that in a nice hotel in an urban

stuff is great, complementary breakfast with waffles that you make was a fit for our kids and they are delicious

the pool and hot tub were wonderful and the location was ideal

was unable to schedule a spa appointment while there, but this is no fault of the hotel

you can take a free boat ride to get to historical part of town, free shuttle to golf and spa - you can park

distance to spa and fitness area

we love the view, the spa is amazing!!!

at spa was exceptional and emily at the restaurant bar was so very kind especially during her busy

better clean for bugs .pool was good just some better ventilation needed spa also was good ,

wifi was down when we vhecked in we were told tech was there working on it, but it stayed down the

they have a nice indoor pool

gym could use work

staff was very accommodating, the lobby very clean, the wifi worked very well
