i paid top price for a property with amenities only to find that pool/spa were out of order

was perfect, in room spa amazing, 2 room suite excellent

booked this hotel primarily because of the pool and hot tub/spa as well as location

was perfect and parking was adequate and secure

they should turn that bar they don't use into the breakfast area

pet friendly. great breakfast. really nice staff. within walking distance to restaurants.

so far the best inn. very cozy and free parking.

guest laundry facilities; no elevator; tiny mini-fridge had no freezer; minimal space in room to set out

i booked for 2 adults & 2 kids 12 years old. the room was only sufficient for 2 adults.

wifi not working through entire stay, smelled like marijuana, not sure people with covid were

my wife was uncomfortable using the gym because of the quantity of maintenance and repair staff coming and

was one night time bartender and a hostess that were just plain rude and disorganized

spa bath could only be filled with shower, as button to switch to tap would not work

com search criteria, (a queen room with ensuite spa tub), and we were told upon check-in that those rooms are

property was very comfortable with a lot of amenities such as an air spa tub, bathrobes, an electric fireplace

very friendly staff and an upgradde to a lovely room with a spa bath. breakfast was good.

room service is on request due to covid-19.

caffeinated coffee pods please passed on the long masked line up to get the free bag breakfast

enjoyed everything from the comfortable room to the great pool and delious breakfast

our kids especially loved the pool, which was clean and just the right size for them to splash around and have

the staff was great and super friendly! we enjoyed relaxing in the spa bath.

loved our room with spa tub. hotel was busy but not noisy. room was clean and comfortable.

there is no spa as advertised, looks as though the hot tub has been removed or is no longer available

we requested the room service after 3 nights and nobody came to clean the room. disappointed.

bar has changed from a nice breakfast buffet to a typical chain hotel breakfast-still good

the manager was the best!! pool & spa great.

the pool/spa really needed to be resurfaced but were clean and useable.

pool and spa was a decent size where you didn t feel crowded

it was very noisy and there were kids screaming in the pool until 11 one night

kids running up and down the hallways!!!

wifi didn t work, no safe key,door knob on bathroom is falling off, deadbolt was inoperable.

spa was booked out for a week, making a massage during our stay impossible
