i asked the cleaning ladies when i saw them in the hallway twice, i called room service twice and then the

lady in the spa did not speak any english at all

parking staff in general was bad

from the front desk team (both day and night), to the bar staff on the evening and night shifts, to the restaurant

also the gym (building nearby) is superb as it is a private fitness

booked the establishment primarily for a relaxing spa day, which, to my disappointment, was closed during my
