spa on the third floor is very nice with several massage and facial rooms to accommodate several

highly recommend the full service spa package

nice quiet place, nice spa facilities, friendly staff.

the spa (showers, steam room and jacuzzi especially) need a renovation, re-modeling or upgrade

the header of this property read and spa the spa was underwhelming

website indicated restaurant bar and spa and none of these existed

i guess we were there off season, restaurant, bar and spa were closed

the personnel is very nice and very helpful and of course the parking service is a real advantage especially

the included parking is a good perk

no wifi, cold water in shower, no room key (door had to be opened by staff every time

an excellent location easy walking distance to the major sites and loads of restaurants and shops wifi worked

no breakfast offered no coffee, kitchen closed

wifi was a little spotty but worked

we didn't get to spend any time looking at the spa services but i would certainly do that another time

the hotel has a great spa and i took advantage of its services

bed, great quality linens, towels, bath products(spa level products)

i had a massage in the spa which was wonderful

there had been written information in the room and a map to explain a bit about queretaro and the spa services

great staff - even the ability to order spa services on demand!

property is attractive and pool/spa

wifi was not great

the breakfast has a menu and was outstanding cooked to order

our room was big and cleaned spotless every day, and the breakfast ala carte was just right
