gym, spa and tennis court

the bed was very comfy and the spa and gym was amazing! very relaxing day!

the facilities themselves including spa is pretty outdated but

the hotel bar was closed. the lights in the spa area did not work. the hotel needs updating.

write reviews, but i had such a great night at this hotel that i feel it should go commended: spa facilities,

espaco limpo e acolhedor; camas confortaveis; mimo de boas vindas; funcionarios muito prestaveis;

apesar de todos serem muito prestaveis, seria necessario mais uns quantos, por exemplo na zona do spa, que ficava

comfortable, clean, nice spa for the weary traveler.

it was walkable but 30 mins walk with kids and an uber back

spa and pool was shut presumably due to covid.

wifi is sometimes get slow

options ( meat & fish) and on the third night the restaurant was closed and was only able to get room service

the hotel had no heating throughout the restaurants, bar and common areas

disconcerting as the glass panels on each landing were quite low and i was a little nervous with kids etc

we hoped there would be a jacuzzi available inside the spa area, but that's not the end of the world

loved the pool & spa facilities

i would love to have the spa and saunas open prior to 9:00 am

i loved the spa offerings and my masseuse cecila was wonderful

the abundance of creepy naked old dudes in the spa area.

finally, the spa is beautiful and super relaxing

everything was nice, the staff, the spa facilities, the rooms, the restaurant, drinks, food , not to mention

the hotel is small and has a quite big spa area for that size (steam bath and sauna)

they even let us shower and use the spa way passed our check out time which facilitated things for travelling

staff bernardo in reception and claudia in spa are brilliant they make the guest stay even better and also the

spa is very nice, but not very big and sometimes got crowded and there was no enough beds and

we were able to use the spa and have a massage

wish we had known that we had to book the cooking class and spa massages earlier or they could have accommodated

we paid for the spa treatments because we thought they were part of the package

- far too many children in the spa heated pool relaxing zone, they should have a separated space, can't relax

- contact the guest on the day prior of the arrival by sending the information about spa treatments and the

spa was really nice, very relaxing

i was especially impressed with the breakfast on the 10th floor the view was just amazing ud83dude0d and

sadly we didn't bring swimwear so didn't even think about the pool in the spa but on the last morning we used

the hotel has a real relaxing spa like feeling and i can not speak highly enough of the amazing people that

the breakfast was brilliant, i especially enjoyed the fresh orange juice, granola, and the eggs topped

we enjoyed the pool in the sunshine and the inside spa when it started to rain

having more sunbeds by the pool - was pretty busy we presumed from non hotel guests booking a day spa pass

pool / spa closed for refurbishment but not a major problem since outside temperature was 25-28 degrees
