overall all the staff were very helpful and ingrid at the spa gives an amazing massage

i took advantage of one of the spa packages and even booked a scuba dive for myself near catalina island which

room, staff, food, drinks, pool - everything was great, especialy the french restaurant

not a proper 5 star hotel bar closes at 11pm, shower in bath, bathroom doors rotting, a/c old and noisy,

would ve been great); no sense in closing the towel pick-up place 1 hour before pools close; spa staff wasn

spa bathrooms could be a bit cleaner

it is almost unacceptable to me that you have a category that is not allowed to have room service

various facilities were closed such as the spa and the themed restaurants which we were not told about when

that it doesn t have a spa treatment for the hotel

we needed to go out the property for breakfast, lunch and dinner

experience with the spa leading to a horrible experience with checking out with spa prices other than what was

room service was free including alcohol, and the only thing added at the end was spa visits and wine purchased

it s really frustrating trying to order basic tea/coffee at breakfast

the best restaurant is the asian food, the room service is good and quick, a la carte breakfast is the one to

bad smell on the bathroom, on the breakfast there wasnt any table to seat

salads and fruits for breakfast: ginormous seafood paellas, pork, beef, fish entrees for lunch and dinner

cocktail bar staff are unique

there is no wait service at the bar or pool and the bar is far from the beach

low end rum only lobby bar had good liquor

the spa was amazing, and 2 of the 3 rooms were comfy

spent 14 days at sunscape dominicus la romana as a family of ten (including 4 kids), and overall we had a great

smoking everywhere, they should have a smoking area as they are a lot of kids and babies around and this was

breakfast was excellent with a very wide selection, and because it’s served in two beachfront

rooms are ok - corridors and other areas like the pool are a concern.
