the pool area was very nice, didn't get to enjoy it because i was there for work
they did not give us any room service the whole time we were there and we requested it

parking garage is trashy with broken down cars and the spots are narrow and hard to park and get

room had signage for 24 your room service, there was no room service
was great, breakfast very good, the gym was also very well equipped, and the bed was super comfortable
super pet friendly as well

kids running around the entire hallway yelling and screaming being loud at 7 in the morning
getting out at 415a with two young kids and to the airport for our flight couldn't have worked out better
the bathroom was very dated, with the towel bar coming out of the wall and the caulking coming out in places
water was cold and the air conditioning was on in the pool area making it too cold for the kids to swim
location, very friendly staff, room was clean, pool was awesome and i will be returning to this hotel again

a little discomfort with spa e between bathroom door and sleeping sofa
the pool and 1 elevator was out of service. room 408 had a musty smell that never went away.
wifi in the room was a bit weak
