the spa was absolutely wonderful

the beach and pool area.

good breakfast

breakfast was great with a lot of options, and the coffee was very, very good

great place to stay with kids of all ages

even the parking lot looked like a garden

we had to eat at a snack bar, room service or buffett

i liked the food, pool, beach and gym

lunch was awesome though and breakfast just ok, could be so much better

bars at the lobby, the pool and in the private beach

spa was great, and food too

spa (hydrotherapy) room is amazing however it has one major flaw which defeats its whole purpose:

for wellness (read: spa use like sauna and hammam were not for free

more music in the pool or beach area would be nice

room service could have been better and we were unhappy with the large eggshell that was left in

place in the jungle, big rooms and nice pool

wifi was spotty at times

lovely property with pool, bar, and outdoor dining area

however there is free wifi and cel signal

kitchen sink water spout needs more pressure

the spa was nice but they are very confusing and inconsistent about pricing so be sure to hold them

laundry service and spa

its great, a very nice view garden, the pool really cool with the bar and nice music, and the spa fenomenal,

only situation that i had was with the spa they have a business changing dollars to dominican pesos at the

modern and spacious apartment, lovely terrace

changed rooms because the two junior suites we had were a long way from the pool area and just faced bushes

the breakfast was very poor, the coffee cold and they charged extra for even the smallest things

there was supposed to be no smoking allowed, yet we had people smoking beside us in the pool and they were even

went to the spa and not good either

the staff, the spa services they went above and beyond and the location!

we also had a spa day i recomment it to anybody that would like to have a massage

great pool, beach and beautiful gardens the spa service is great

the grounds of the hotel were immaculate and the spa area in particular was beautiful
