staff was mixed, forgot our spa booking

the spa prices are just more expensive than what i can find in switzerland, which is shocking

many steep stairs down to villa, no working communications between villa and spa restaurant or front desk -

amazing location, spa was good, nice and quiet, well maintained pool

lack of free spa dirty and cheap looking furniture and rugs in lobby

the staff are very friendly and helpful. enjoyed the spa also

c no tv nothing for the kids to do swimming pool was filthy no food on offer it was appailuling

wifi was weak

the accessibility of the wifi. the pool area was awesome with the entertainment center.
