the spa wasn't hot

only got to swim an hour due to pool closing for chlorine issues.

the pool was freezing, which was very disappointing to the kids as they weren’t able to swim

no directions like - where the room was located , about the wifi, or what time breakfast was served

driveway leading to their parking is in horrible shape to the extent it could blow out a tire

breakfast was very good, good food and good sekection

breakfast is good for a free breakfast, but don't expect anything fancy.

two bedrooms, kitchen, tv's, etc for a far lower cost than other places around

loved having the space of bedroom living room kitchen bath

it was close to my business meeting and there was wide open parking.

breakfast bar supplies were not kept stocked

would have loved to use the pool but there were a lot of hacking/coughing little kids around and we didn't want

they charged me twice for a pet deposit. 75.00 twice instead of refunding the first deposit.

99 for kids tv shows which is the first hotel i’ve ever stayed at that does that

loved the dry spa and walk in shower

challenging it's still would be nice if the staff tried to keep the area around the pool and hot spa dry to

we enjoyed the pool,jacuzzi, and sana. love that the bar and resturant is down stairs

they changed the shuttle service to the palace.

breakfast was poor. no room service.

the food in the restaurant was exceptional and our room service breakfast was on time and just right

everyone and every amenity was perfect the breakfast and bar service was terrific

mini shop where we were able to get headache pills without leaving the place, a restaurant and bar plus the room
