the spa wasn't hot

only got to swim an hour due to pool closing for chlorine issues.

the pool was freezing, which was very disappointing to the kids as they weren’t able to swim

no directions like - where the room was located , about the wifi, or what time breakfast was served

driveway leading to their parking is in horrible shape to the extent it could blow out a tire

very, very, very poor wifi service in room

the wait time on room service food.

the parking lot is in desperate need of repair

the breakfast was good and staff was polite

we also loved the second breakfast area, it aloud us to keep our kids secluded in a

the hotel rented out the south parking lot to sports car drivers who were driving around

the spa tubs are great, but advise that you give the jets an initial quick clean out via fill/ run

stained spa jets looked dirty toilet stained fan did not work only plug and phone charge in bathroom rest

two bedrooms, kitchen, tv's, etc for a far lower cost than other places around

we had to buy cleaning supplies to clean our spa bath and bathroom

dirty couch, carpet, curtains, spa tub and bathroom

i ran the jets in the spa bath and a bunch of nasty mold

the spa tub (needs fixing asap though it leaked terribly)

and the spa tub doesnt hold water

good breakfast, nice pool, friendly staff and clean facility.

parking lot was full of cigarettes butts, need more room for breakfast and bigger bathrooms

the sound in the hall and in the parking lot was very loud

kids playing games (hockey) in hall late at night and early in mornings. small pillows.

installations were a bit old, parking was a bit packed but nice overall
