nieve was charming and spoke very good english the pool was brilliant and jorge, the lifeguard, spoke good

the bar and lounge area were comfortable

despite the building being quite modern it still has great style and the spanish feel

were offered a complementary drink at the bar as we are members of the amigos de paradores, however the bar

wifi didn t work properly - most of the time the internet didn t work

spa facilities were amazing, excellent value

not to have the spa area available for all guest or a pool area outside the spa .

we paid for the spa which seemed expensive at around fifty euro but ended up having it all to ourselves for 2

hotel, very welcoming reception, the spa is excellent, the hotel itself is very beautiful, we enjoyed our stay

unfortunately did not have a chance to use the spa but perhaps anouther time

spa was superb, staff really excellent, and location perfect

the spa facility was excellent and reasonably priced

the staff are extremely kind, the spa was in a cave, clean, and relaxing

the staff were all fab and the spa was lovely after a day

spa is only open from friday afternoon to sunday which was a bit disappointing and the restaurant

lunchtime menu was limited. spa was not open all day every day.
