i love best the decor, it is like a spa retreat, very soothing

the pool was cold. the restaurant on site is expensive and greasy.

the hotel was very easy to find and had easy to accessible parking

dont like that the parking spots in front of the hotel run out so fast

historic building with elegant restorations; spacious and well appointed guest rooms; charming common areas;

wish the spa was open on the weekend with longer hours. we didn t get to use facilities.

wish room service had regular options all day like cookies, french fries, mozzarella sticks etc

the pool and bowling alley were a hit with our kids

tile floors around the pool were very slick, like the cleaning chemicals with the splashed water made it difficult

spa bubbles didn't work. no towels in pool area

spa room was very large and well equipped. indoor, outdoor pool was a neat idea.

in the spa unattended children were jumping in an treating as a play pool not place to sit and

the spa tub was fantastic. the room was very clean and breakfast was good.

avi worked nights and would set out breakfast for me as i would leave before breakfast was officially served

the laundry room was clean and i had a ball here

is clean, well kept, price is right, breakfast is good, they have everything a person needs

staff was nice, paved parking, elevator, my room had a beautiful mural on one wall

the spa was also entirely booked out

the spa was overpriced and had hidden fees if you aren t receiving certain services.

they had a pool and a spa and the casino of course was right at the entrance so you didn t have to walk far

couldn t get any spa options hair cut and color, massage, were booked up or short staffed

t eat breakfast but did enjoy the friendly staff at the spa facility
