we were comfortable enough though and if you can make it without a spa bath the location can t be beat

re wifi was horrible, i m sure because of all the people using it, and because of that i wasn t

very well located for the mayo clinic. wifi connection is good. friendly personel.

pool, hot tub, and sauna were over run with a lot of kids, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy

also like the fact that there was an option of dining in or room service

valet and room service attendants were always positive

morning wake-up call and room service were on time

sauna and hot tub were closed and someone had made a disastrous poo in the mens bathroom in the pool area

i didn't use the pool, but looking down from my window it looked more like a motel 6 pool!

advertise as pet friendly i don t feel a 75 dollar charge for a 13 dog is pet friendly

excellent breakfast available, rooms where clean, comfortable, and worth the price!

laundry facilities not in the main building

the staff are great: front desk, shuttle drivers, restaurant especially the gluten free kitchen and housekeeping

door that led to the pool wouldn't lock

i could have been there in warmer weather to enjoy the pool area. it looked fabulous!

also, the in room laundry was amazing

the main mayo campus is about a 15 minute walk or a free shuttle is also available

loved that it was an apartment so did my laundry and cooked the whole time i was there

on rare occasions, we can hear footfalls from the floor above us; it seems to be from small kids running around

continental breakfast always good foods
